Data Deletion Request

Lift & Live Support Services Pty Ltd (ABN 20 690 058 765) is committed to your privacy. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, follow the steps below.

What data we may hold

• Name, email address, and phone number submitted via our contact, referral, or feedback forms
• Any messages or enquiries you sent us
• NDIS participant details if you engaged with our services

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@liftandlive.com.au with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your full name and the email address you used when contacting us so we can locate your records.
3. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g. NDIS service records under the NDIS Act 2013).
4. We will notify you by email once deletion is complete.

Exceptions

Some records may be retained where required by Australian law, including the NDIS Act 2013, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), or tax and financial record-keeping obligations. We will inform you of any such exceptions when we respond to your request.
