About Harry
Harry Batra is the founder of Lift & Live Support Services Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider serving Sydney, Western Sydney, and the Central Coast of NSW. He started his career as an NDIS support worker in 2019, delivering frontline daily living and community participation supports for participants across Western Sydney. After three years of direct support work, he founded Lift & Live in 2022 with a clear focus: deliver the kind of NDIS support that he himself would want his family to receive.
Before founding Lift & Live, Harry worked across a wide range of NDIS support contexts — daily personal care, complex care, behavioural support, community access, transport, respite, and overnight support. That breadth shapes how he runs Lift & Live today. Decisions about staffing, scheduling, worker matching, and complaint handling are made by someone who has done the actual support work, not just managed it.
Harry remains hands-on in day-to-day operations. He answers the phone personally. He oversees every participant onboarding. He still delivers shifts when participants prefer it. Lift & Live is deliberately small and locally rooted — and Harry is the reason it stays that way.
