  • From the NDIA or other government agencies where authorised

  • Process invoices and manage funding claims with the NDIA

4. Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your personal information to:

  • Support workers and staff who deliver your services
  • Your support coordinator or plan manager (with your consent)
  • The NDIA or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission where required by law
  • Emergency services in an emergency situation
  • Our email service provider (Resend) for the sole purpose of delivering your form submissions to us — they do not store or use your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not disclose your information overseas.

5. Storage and security

Your personal information is stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Electronic records are protected by access controls and passwords. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it securely.
