As a registered NDIS provider, Lift & Live Support delivers home care services across Western Sydney and the Central Coast, with consistent workers who get to know you, your preferences, and your daily routines. We match each participant with a support worker based on personality, language needs, and the type of care required — not just availability.
Our home care support is fully funded through your NDIS plan under Core Supports — meaning there are no out-of-pocket costs beyond what your plan covers. We work at NDIS Price Guide rates and provide transparent invoicing for every shift.

Home care support is primarily funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life (Category 1). Respite for carers may be funded under Category 4 — Assistance with Social and Community Participation. Suitable for self-managed, plan-managed, and Agency-managed participants.
